Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try The Green Alcove with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with Grüns. To request a refund, you can visit contact us via the Contact page.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your product, less $5 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened-package perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us via the Contact page.

 

Cancelations
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers once the monthly order has been placed.
